Sugee Cake
My aunt explained to me that the sugee cake has Ceylonese origins and was concocted up by the Burghers of Ceylon. It's a really nutty, buttery and wholesome cake. The ingredients include butter, semolina and almonds. So yum!

National Day Cake
My Aunt patriotically made a National Day Cake for a charity event so it was eggless. But then even her vegan eggless cakes are divine.
