Sago Pudding with Honey Dew
Another refreshly light Asian Dessert made with Sago balls, honey dew and coconut milk.

The mutton filling inside was hearty and spicy the way I love it. Wish I had taken a picture of the delicious stuffing.
Almond Jelly with Logan in Pastel Shades
The shapes were lovely and so pleasing to the eye. I really love this dessert which is so light and refreshing. I wonder how long it took Aunty Chelli to come up with this.

Almond Jelly with Logan
Aunty Chelli made this for my cousin's 21st birthday party. The jelly was so silky smooth and I just loved how it was presented. Beautiful! It was refreshly good too. Not like some cloyingly oversweet desserts. Sigh.....wish I could have some more now.
